Roulika is the daughter of a Business Investor who resides in Yasogami city, who wanted her to follow in his footsteps. She was unclear on her mother was and at 13 left home to join the armed forces in hopes of becoming a fighter pilot in her own home realm. Two years later at the age of 15, due the number of loses the recent Atlantis forces had suffered at the Karmon, she was sent to provide aid for the badly damaged Pegasus and assist in seeing it return to the base safely. She quickly formed a close friendship with then fellow pilot Maridia Cruz. As well as gaining favor with General Sho, General Amaya, Captain Marina and Lady Saki due to her willingness cooperate and was quickly given the rank of Major. She took part in some of the key battles during the lower plain war including a number of encounters with Orochi, the final showdown to over throw Karmon, and the last battle against Cecily. By age twenty two she had stepped away from the front line and settled down and married her childhood friend who was a doctor and gave birth the their son Xander. However she became collateral damage when the Frey Family feeling that the deal made with Rav and Kaori had not been followed through and her husband was killed. She was rescued by General Amaya and General Sho who brought her, and her new born son back to a safe place.
During the next few months Roulika mainly mostly side line caring for her new born son and didn't take much part on the ongoing skirmishes. All this changed when Lacey, Viola and Amaya returned from Avalon after protecting a nest of Dragons and seek out help from the Sleeping King Arthur in hopes clues as to what so important about the legends of the "Grand Throne" people were fighting over. There Amaya and Viola first encountered the powerful Silver Linage Lord Oberon and his Wife Queen Titania. Oberon demanded a gathering of all his children he had gathered over the years and during this time, it was discovered that Titania was in Roulika's mother. Seeing as Roulika was much older and hadn't been fully trained in how to use her powers, they mostly remained dormant. However Oberon decided to take her son instead. Oberon showing his power quickly over Powered Karmon, Amaya, and Lacey who had all come to help. However with her son in danger it gave Roulika a push she needed to tap into her sleeping power and knock Oberon to his feet. While unhappy with the decision, he acknowledged that Roulika could raise the child to control his powers and left. But not after warning that they showed they meet again, they would receive no mercy.
Sixteen years Later Xander now grew up went to attended a military school and Roulika returned to Atlantis to assist with the very growing threat of the Shibito, as well a new and more powerful enemy that was working from behind the scenes and seemed to be a major play in the lower plain war from the start, but was keeping herself hidden for now. When the Phanlax is turned on it soon finds Atlantis over run sit forcing the base to be abandoned. Roulika along with Winter and Sayu were among the last evacuate to the New Atlantis Base, and helped a badly wounded Kairo to safety after losing a fight to the leader of the Black Tigers, Adam. Roulika was present for may of the major events that took place over the coming years including Salim Raise to power, the fall of the Great Northern Wall, the opening of Heavens Gate and the invasion from Salem.
Over the next 1000 years while dealing with the disappearance of her son. Roulika was given the rank of three star General as and given full command of Atlantis and worked along side Woolsey trying to help what little maintain. She was among the back up support for the Phoenix Village Princess Flare called for her when they were over run by Shibito. She was shocked by the revaluation that Ymir who she had met years ago at the wall was in fact an Alpha Shibito, and that her Girlfriend under the identity was in fact Historia Sorel, the one they had been seeking out. Roulika also was greatly upset to hear that Flare has been killed. After Ruzzo and Tseng revealed to also be Alpha Shibito and kidnapped an badly injured and near death Ymir along with Sayu. She provided air support. Her ship was destroyed from an attack by the Beast Shibito, how ever she was spared from being pulled a part by him by Alexa who would soon discover was her Granddaughter unknown to her until now.
She was held as a semi prisoner along with Kano who belonged to Kraven by Alexa and Kuroyomi. They were both used as bargaining tools to lure out Lindsey and Hale, as battle between Alexa and Kuroyomi against Lindsey and Jasek. As Alexa and Kuroyomi quickly gained the upper hand, Lucrecia arrived and started a battle with Alexa, while Salim came to recover Kuroyomi to help deal with the growing threat from Salem, while her major force was heading to New Heaven to invade it. While Lucrecia was battling Alexa, she escaped with the others and returned to Atlantis. She openly shared her frustration of not only loosing Historia to the Salem Forces, but also Prince Seito and the failure to bring back Ymir who she felt could have shared a lot of much needed information.
Roulika would take part in the rescue mission to recover those who has survived The Battle For New Haven, and even though the city was mostly destroyed, Roulika acknowledged as one of the first real victories they had in a long time as the War Hammer, Jaw Shibito and Winged Shibito had been destroyed, Three of the four Beauty and Beast squad members had been captured, the Titan Shibito and Rider Shibito were now in their possession and the Beast and Armor Shibito had both been forced to completely retreat. On the way back now having a better grasp of the situation they agree they must find and Stop Historia from using the power of the Founder for her Father. When they are approached by the Cart Shibito who reveals herself as Pleak Heartly, one of Salims head Generals who surrenders to them freely. Roulika agrees to Hear Pleak out and help her recover Historia along with rescuing Seito as it would serve both their best interests. Roulika does not take part in the operation itself as she returns to New Atlantis to help deal with the fall out from the Salem war, but after Historia is rescued, gives Pleak amnesty for her past actions due to the fact she was only following orders of her former commanders and freely choose to switch sides.
Roulika witnessed the coronation of Historia but would not take part in the next few battles including the attack Again Mother Brain to shut down the Phanlax, and the assault on Planet Nemesis resulting in Salim finally being over thrown. She took part in moving back into the Main Atlantis Base, as New Atlantis would be kept as an out post. During this time she bonded with Alexa who was now a freely slave for Lucrecia and learnt of her Sons Death at the hands of Yuno. Enraged and upset she confronted Yuno who explained it she did it because Xander was one of the people she truly loved, but would only live a life of pain and misery. Accepting this is Salem's way, she did not take further action, but did not hide her disgust she now has towards Yuno Gasai. Roulika along with Lady Saki, General Astra, Hange and Sir Grantz were among the first to read the Letter from Ymir to Historia to make sure it wasn't some kind of trap. Roulika commented that none of Ymir's actions made any sense. And it seemed she died as she lived, a complete mystery to everyone.
Roulika was one of the few who did not take part in the final battle with the Shibito and The Shibito King. But instead was told to wait at Atlantis and come up with a continuation plan of the attack failed. When the Lower Plain is destroyed by Hope during to too much damage being done. Roulika like the rest lived out a second life in the alternate reality unaware of who they really were while the Lower Plain was being rebuilt. During this time Roulika lived the life of a Air rescue officer until Desmond who had gained his memories of his life on the Lower Plain, came and recovered her along with the others so they could go back to their real lives.
Over the next few year Roulika helped rebuild and make new alliances with people. She was given permission to prompt Sayu to the Rank of General. And worked closely with Queen Shana, Queen Mercuii and Queen Historia. She openly expressed her distrust of how new members of the alliance seemed to be taking over. Roulika focused more on the Wraith knowing it would only be a matter of time before they would be forced to fight again. However her attention is soon turned to Ymir who somehow appeared alive. She along with Sayu openly voiced their disapproval of Ymir being handed over to Queen Shana to stand trail for treason, before anyone had a chance to talk to Ymir and find out what she knew. Roulika noticed Historia slipping more and more and started to question who she was up for the task as Queen of the Lower Plain, especially when Salim escaped under Historia's watch. She soon started to show distrust for Gallahorn, especially when they revealed they knew Ymis real Identity as Elizabeth Maxwell, and Icarain who was also the daughter of ZWEI.
Thinking that the Wraith might be involved she directly confronted them. Roulika surprised when the Wraith answered but swore they knew nothing of this. When Historia feel under control of the Yggdrasil Fruit and Elizabeth was captured by Gallahorn, only to be rescued and seemed to be siding with Salim. Roulika happily accepted a temporary truce with the Wraith until they got to the bottom of everything. Over the next few weeks, she realized she was slowly being pushed out of power and needed to take drastic actions to stop this. Helping Liz and Historia fake their deaths and have their memories erased to protect them. She stood down from General and Let Lucrecia take over until the problems with the Alliance were dealt with. She and Sayu both showed anger with the whole situation being blamed on Elizabeth, but had no choice but to let it go. She would later serve on the Pegasus one last time along aide Maridia under the command of Marina Ismail in the fighter against Seito when he turned into the Founder Shibito and planed to destroy the Lower Plain one last time recreate it as he likes. Since then Roulika has slowly regained control of Atlantis by working with Viceroy Cornelia to replace the members of the Alliance with more trust worthy people. Roulika recently has shown she is disappointed with everything that has happened with the Sorel Throne, and is the decision to just destroy it comes up. She would back that up.
Relationships: Roulika is among one of the most known and well respected Leaders among the Lower plain. She has served under the command of most, and currently is helping push New Cadets and any under her Command to be the best they can be.
Marina Ismail: Marina showed a great deal of respect for Roulika from the moment they met. Despite her age Marina acknowledge her talents as a pilot and her willingness to follow orders. Roulika openly mourned for Marina's death at the hands of the Frey's. When Marina was freed from her imprisonment as being the host for Salim. Roulika was first to ensure she was going to be safe from the New Alliance, and even risked being arrested for Treason to save her, by moving her to General Amaya's Tower where no one could get her.
Maridia Cruz: Maridia and Roulika formed a very close friendship and bond during the early years of the Lower Plain War. Roulika has even referred to Maridia as the sister she never had, but would have loved too.
Queen Shana Chi: Roulika and Shana haven't had much to do with each other outside of their duties. Though they both seem to have a strong respectable working relationship.
General Sho: Roulika has lots of admiration for Sho, but was often confused by his unorthodox way of doing things. When she lost her Husband, it was Sho who offered her a room to stay at his House along with her Son and Maridia. The two seem to still have a very good friendship.
Prince Seito Chi: Roulika became friends with Seito during their time together fighting the Lower Plain War. She has been shocked at his actions over the past year and has stated "He's not the person I became friends with". She has not had anything to do with him directly since then.
General Amaya: Roulika found herself working under Amaya a lot during their missions. When Roulika retired it's hinted they both kept in touch. Amaya was enraged when she found out the Frey's has killed her husband and were trying to kill her and her Son Xander. When Roulika thanked Amaya for coming. Amaya said of course she'd come to help her, as she considered Roulika Family after all they have been through.
General Sayu: Roulika has lot's of respect for Sayu and sees her as someone who could one day be in charge of Atlantis. Roulika trust Sayu a lot and keeps her in the loop with a lot of their plans.
Lady Saki: Like with Sho, Amaya and Marina. Roulika found was under the command of Saki a lot in her early years. And like with them Saki gained great admiration for Roulika.
Woolsey: Like most, Roulika had a lot of distrust for Woolsey at first. However learning that he did actually mean well, and that he was someone that they needed for the political world. She once stated "I think of all the circling wolves, Woolsey is the least likely to bite. In fact, he may even convince the others to leave us alone".
