The Divinities
The ones who walk among people in plain sight. Sometimes they let people aware of who they are. sometimes they don't. They are of the highest order. Even upon "Death" they can bring themslves back to life at will, unless they are trapped in Yomi for a crime. They are oftern refered to as Beautiful by any who sees them. As Beautiful as they are, there are even more deadly.
Divinty Rules: To Obtain a Divinity Character you must have been with in the Role Play for atleast a year and have a fair understanding of how it works. Divinity Characters have no kill restriction and can kill ones Character with out warning. However this to is only under extreme circumstances. Divinities can over write alot of rules including Tribe Rules. However in Character they obey them in sign of respect.
Out Of Character Rules:
Rule One: Don't abuse your role as a Divinity. Just because you have a Divinity Character does not mean you can do as you please with them.
Rule Two: A Divinity Character can not be a main, unless they are in contract with another Character. Or they only appear as a Shell. (See Below for what a Shell is). One Can however have a Divinity living in the village with people knowing about it. But can not use their power more then any other regular Character can.
Rule Three: Never post what they might be thinking.
Rule Four: Should a story come around which involves a Divinity and they engage someone's Character in battle. You must allow the none Divinity Character plenty of ways to escape the fight alive. That being said, if the none Divinity Character refuses to take the escape, The Divinity May kill them after fair warnings.
Rule Five: Some Divinties serve the purpose of killing. These Divinities still have to play by the no Kill rule however and can't kill peoples Characters at random. (Such as Kirie or Haciman)
Rule Six: The Incarnation rule is only for a Divinity who has a strong connection to a place. Example: Malice being born from the lake so has a shell she can act as a villager.
In Character Rules:
Rule One: Divinities are forbidden from fighting each other.
Rule Two: Divinities are allowed to use a Yomi or trick people into becoming Yomi to gain some land from the Lower Plain Land. However they themselves are not allowed to fight the Yomi's battles. The Land in which they take will be of small size and are not allowed to expand.
Rule Three: Unless ordered to, Divinities are not allowed to mingle with the affairs of the lower plain.
Rule Four: Divinities are not allowed to attack people unless attacked first.
Rule Five: If a group of people who worship one Divinity are attacked for it. That Divinity may bring down their full Wraith on the Attackers.
Rule Six: Divinities are allowed to reward those who worship them.
Rule Seven: Divinties can never attack a group of people who choose to worship one Divinity over another.
Rule Eight: Divinties have to give people fair warning before killing them.
Rule Nine: A Divinity can never go for conquest of the lower plain themselves. They are allowed to use people from the lower plain to do so though with out conseqeunce. Should two lower plain armies of Divities meet no Divinity can get involved and the victor will be decided by which lower plain army wins. Unless an agrement is arranged.
Rule Ten: If a Divinity wishes it can enter a contract with a lower Plain being if they are close to dying. They do not state the rules to the person before agreeing. But can not do anything to put that persons life in danger. The contract is furfilled when the Divinity says so.
Rule Eleven: If a Divinity choose to live among the lower plain people and interact with them. It must do create a shell of itself to do so. This Shell will look like them and can freely move through the lower plain. However it will only have a fraction of power, if killed it can easily be replaced.
Rule Thirteen: If Divinties break the rules, like all hell bound people. Yomi awaits them.
Izanami No-Mikoto
Izanami though the strongest is forever bound to the Hells of Yomi due to the betrayal she faced at the hands of Izanagi. She can send a weaker shell version of her self out of Yomi to watch the world, though even the shell is strong enough to stop anyone that gets in her way. She can not be defeated unless all other Life on every plain is wiped out first. Most of the time on the lower plain she is seen as a Woman in a White Kimono and a large Straw Hat. She also carrys the snake that tempted her to eat the Apple growing on the Yomi tree around her neck. Her true form is deep in Yomi and is of a gaint skeleton that feels the pain of everyones death with no end to the suffering. That is until the damage to the Lower plains can be fixed. Izanami may offer people deals or choices to get out of a situation. Once that choice is made the people must take what ever comes with it good or bad. However Izanami does not take kindly to people approuching her with an offer. She has even killed people instantly as examples as what will happen to those who make their own kind of deals with her.
Izanagi No-Mikoto
The Husband of Izanami. It was he who killed Izanami and in the process created Yomi. He himself was killed but what happened to him after that is not clear. It was hinted by Feena that he is locked in Yomi until the damage done to the Lower Plain can be fixed.
Kagutsuchi
The Only Divinity born from the womb of Izanami. Kagutsuchi is the Divinitiy of Reincarnation. Like most who give birth to a Divinity Kugutsuchi almost killed Izanami as she gave birth to him. In which his body was sliced up in anger by Izanagi, his soul manged to escape and he fell in love with Suzaku. Knowing it would put her life in danger he did not embrace her in anyway. He did however swear to gaurd her children and became the Great Fire in the Hino Shrine giving the Phoenixs the power of Rebirth. And guards their lives as long as they remain in the land. During The Cleansing Flood Battle he was discovered by everyone to be The Sacard Fire and his true form was seen. He has since wiped the lower plain beings memory of his presence as The Sacard Fire. Kugutsuchi is the only being who has True Free Will, and is not shackled by Destiny or Rules. This makes him the only True Wild Card when the Final Battle that decides the fate off Beings and Every Plain. It was also revealed by Ihadurca that Kugutsuchi could be the only one who can destroy Izanagi and Izanami for good.
Tsukuyomi
The Divinity of the Moon. He is also the Father ok Kirie and Mizu. He was one of the Divinies locked in Yomi by Izanagi until it was reopened. He also took part in the Cleansing flood and was last seen in battle with Rei Suzaku. He was killed during that fight, and is serving time in Yomi for the next Million years for the danger he put the other Divinties in. As well as the Lower Plain.
Amaterasu
The Divinity of the Sun. She to was locked in Yomi before it was reopened. She was also the first Divinity to approuch people of the lower plain at the start of the Cleansing flood. She died saving Athena from Tsukuyomi after trying to make a deal with her. She brought herself back to life grew angry seeing Athena had decided to stand against them. She killed Athena before leaving the battlefield and has not been seen since.
This Character is up for Grabs. Make sure you are clear on the Divinity rules before hand. Please PM me if you are interested in taking Amaterasu as your own Character.
Susanoo
Also going under the name Tatehaya is the Divinity of Oceans and Storms. He was the Third Divinty locked in Yomi. After his release he travled with Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu during the Cleansing Flood. He was the second Divinity to be killed giving his life to stop Kenshi's Diasama machine from making any more. After he was brought back to life he took side with the other Divinities in the final battle. He killed Maya and Alma (Destruction) during the fight. He then went back to his own business after the battle was finshed.
Ame-No-Uzume (Uzume)
Uzume seems to be one of the more short tempred among the Divinities. Her long Red Hair match and blue eyes give send of a uneasy feeling for people who see her. She is the Divinity of the Dawn and Reverly. She also gave people the gift of determination. She took part on the Cleaning flood but was killed by Kenshi's people after she was infected with Diasama and impaled by his troops. After she came back to life she joined in with the final battle. She had a short fight with Wolf before going after Kenshi himself. Since then she has been seen from time to time.
Ame-No-Koyane(Ame)
The Divinity of Divine Affairs. When ever the Divinities go on missions he uselly heads it. He took part in the Cleansing Flood and disagreement with Tsukuyomi over his relationship with Saki as it was forbidden. After the battle he has not been seen or heard from.
Riful
Known as Riful of the West (though she hates that name.) She is the Divinity of Mischief and Toture. She takes on the form of a little girl no older then Seven, how ever her true form is much bigger, even bigger then her Mountain sized Yomi. She has her own land in which her Yomi Megais gained. Lynx, Malaphes and Galista all encountered her when trying to bring back Setsuna. Riful stoped them from killing Megais in his weaken state and let the three of them go with the warning never to return. Riful was the only Divinity witnessed the murder of Izanami by Izanagi. Riful also did not take part in the Cleansing Flood Battle. Riful oftern acts as a Polite well Mannered person, though she does loose her temper very quickly. She is even hard on Megais and yells at him when he makes msitakes. Though she has showen a very caring side to him. Riful keeps to herself and doesn't even get involoved with Divinity Operations.
Mataichi
The Divinity of Divine Judgement. He is oftern seen in the form as small old man who carries a Silver Bell around. When the Bell Rings and sounds through the night it means ones Judgement is nearly upon them. Mataichi is alot light hearted comapred to the other Divinitys and also makes fun of Izanami from time to time. He did not take part in the Cleansing Flood battle. But did visit Skye in a Dream to prepare her for it. Mataichi can see when a persons life is nearly up. He refers to dying Peoples Souls as Candles burning out.
Rajin And Fujin
Named the "Twins" by most of the Divinities. Fujin is Divinity of the Wind while Rajin is the Divinity of Lighting and Thunder. They are almost always seen togther. Both of them took part in the Cleansing flood Battle. Rajin was the one who killed Wolf in battle using his powers while Fujin used her powers to defeat The Astral Twins, Kazumi and Kairo. Both Rajin and Fujin have been seen from time to time mostly in City Realms.
Ame-No-Mi-Kumari
Kumari was the Shinto Goddess of Water. During the last battle with the Orochi, they invaded her Temple and took her Prisoner. But before the Other Divinties could come to her aid Izanami was killed and Yomi was created. She has not been since that day and assumed to be still held as a Prisoner somewhere by the Orochi.
